Doing business with Chapman Heating and Air is unlike doing business with the “big guys” for many reasons, and it is especially important to our customers that you know all of your business is done in house. That means that when you pick up the phone to call Chapman, Monday thru Friday during business hours, your call is mostly likely answered by one of our four office staff. They are able to direct your call, book your appointment, or help you solve your problem.
Have a problem we can’t solve off hand? Every person in the office has access to direct communication to our technicians while they are out in the field. Or, if your problem is one that needs to go up, everyone in the office sits about 20 feet away from the closest business owner. That’s right, OWNER. There is no corporate involved here at Chapman Heating and Air, the men (and woman) behind the curtain are out in broad daylight, keeping the same hours that everyone else does.
