National Boss’ Day
In honor of National Boss’s Day, the Chappers would like to give a little nod to the bosses of Chapman past and present. In order to get a more complete look at the succession:
1958: Chapman opened it’s doors under the reign of George and Lois Chapman, on a shoe-sting budget. It is Grandpa Chapman’s morals the paved the way for our customer service practices, even today. “Take care of the customer!” You’ve heard it before and you’ll hear it again because it is principles like this that make Chapman what it is.
1982: Ron and Beth Chapman (son and daughter-in-law of George and Lois) took over Chapman Heating and Air, devoting the next 30 years to the company. Ron and Beth worked tirelessly to keep the good name of Chapman alive, while raising their two daughters, Heather and Heidi, and instilling those same morals that George promoted in his time.
2012: Heidi, Nathan, Heather, and Phil stepped up to take on the ownership roles of Chapman Heating and Air. Taking Chapman to new heights and keeping the legacy alive. It’s no accident that the team members at Chapman so often say the best part of their jobs is the company they’re surrounded by.
So this week, while we think about National Boss’s Day, we’d like to thank our bosses, team leaders, and friends! This one’s for you.
