STOP! Sandwich Time!
The office team at Chapman has recently been mastering the subtle science of breakfast sandwiches. We love all varieties around here but the easy favorite is bacon, egg, and cheese!
Taking the time to make one breakfast sandwich usually means taking the time to make 4 or 5. Around here, when one person gets out the eggs someone else usually pitches in to make bacon and assemble sandwiches. No woman left behind for breakfast at Chapman.
Another office delight we often indulge in is a good PANINI. Even though we haven’t mastered some of the more challenging recipes. We have compiled a list of our favorite breakfast and lunch combinations:
Breakfast Toasters – Egg and White Vermont Cheddar (by Shana); or Leaf Spinach, Tomato, Mozzarella, and Egg (by Mady)
Lunch Delights – Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, and Prosciutto; or Turkey, Bacon and White Vermont Cheddar, with Banana Peppers (both by Heidi D)
Chappers always enjoy their paninis on sourdough bread, but of course the artistic freedom is yours in your own kitchen!
