Heidi and the Install Team
The installation team at Chapman is a great group of Chap-men, led by Heidi, our Installation Coordinator. They work hard to get most installs done in one day. It is easy to see why they get top-notch reviews from their customers! Words that are often used to describe the installation department are courteous, thorough, clean, and knowledgeable. Heidi has nearly 7 years of HVAC experience that she puts to use organizing the schedule, preparing the rebate and tax information, and making sure the job gets done right! Heidi’s proficiency and enthusiasm for her position are to credit for how quickly customers get their paperwork. Other supporting cast in the installation department include Thad and Terry, our Comfort Advisors. These guys are your rebate experts. They stay up to date on all the vital information that can help you save!
The installation team conquers a number of different tasks from “full change outs” (when we replace both the furnace and the AC) to single equipment changes or water heater replacements.
