The Chapman Family Guarantee is something you may have heard about on the radio, from a Chap-man or woman, or here. The Chapman Family Guarantee acts as a checks and balances system for our company’s integrity. As one of our core values, sticking to this guarantee is just one way that Chapman honors our word and takes pride in the value of your time!
So what is the Chapman Family Guarantee? Simply put, it’s when we say or you don’t pay! When you call in to schedule your appointment, the office ladies will give you a time window (usually two hours) in which we GUARANTEE our arrival. In addition to calling when we are on the way, if we are going to be late even by 5 minutes, that day’s scheduled service is on us! It’s hard to admit your mistakes, and sometimes it’s even harder to make them right, but at Chapman we want you to know that we are reeeeally sorry for being late. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does we are the first to admit it and to offer our condolences in the way of prepaid service.
This ties into our core value of integrity, which we defined earlier this week as “honesty in the way we do business, kindness, and great customer service at the heart of how we work.” This is just one of our four core values, but we take strides every day to take care of the customer, just like Grandpa Chapman told us to.
