Path of Totality
On Monday at Chapman we found ourselves fortunate enough to be in the path of totality for the Great American Eclipse! In honor of the event we hosted a party at our office for everyone to celebrate this event together. We had burgers and sides and a whole lot of fun. We even had the NASA broadcast on live so we learned a little bit too. Check out these awesome pictures from the event:
Setting up an even like this is easy when you have plenty of furnaces *ahem* tables around!
Chef Alan cooked up the burgers and others pitched in for sides and dessert.
You know we love a good theme at Chapman! After our delicious meal we all headed outside to experience the eclipse.
We even had a little hacky sack…
Overall this was an amazing day to experience the eclipse. The clouds gave way during the totality and the magic we all got to witness that day will live with us forever. We all hope you had an amazing and safe eclipse day too!
