The Office Dishes On Their Favorite Easter Dishes!
Easter is about so many great things. Spending time with family, celebrating the end of Lent, and of course honoring our Father. While we reflect on our favorite aspects of the Easter holiday, there’s some nostalgia owed to the food. Because we all know it wouldn’t be a holiday for anyone at Chapman without menu planning, we asked around about some of team’s favorite traditional Easter bites. Some of our Chap-friends favorite foods came as a surprise to me, and some were definitely more traditional. Check out what our team had to say:
Sarah said her dad’s family always makes “bunny rolls” which are sweet roles that are shaped like buddies with a little orange in them – they are DELISH and she loves the tradition.
Heidi D went with some classic favorites – baked ham and deviled eggs! Now I’ve had Heidi’s deviled eggs, and if they were on my menu they would be my favorite too!
Shana went out on a limb with some coconut cake. This dessert is a great addition to the Easter line-up, and very festive looking with the right decorations.
Heidi C said her favorite part of the whole day is brunch, really, and all the food that comes with that. Eggs benedict, fresh fruit trays, and delicious coffee beverages are her favorite way to start out Easter.
So there you have it…these Chap-ladies sure do know how to plan a delicious menu. I think I’ll be starting out the day with Heidi C and then making my rounds to get a sample of everything!
From all of us here at Chapman, we hope your holiday is full of friends, family, and faith. Happy Easter!
