Time is fleeting…but not that fast!
We’ve finally seen some relief from the crazy hot summer heat. While things are not completely cooled off yet, we’re focusing more on keeping those systems running through the end of the season. If you haven’t scheduled your annual summer cooling check you maybe asking yourself:

It is a common misconception that your annual maintenance should be done before the start of the season, or event near the beginning. But at Chapman, we check cooling units from mid-March to mid-September. The Chapman Family Comfort Club brings a little TLC to your system so it can continuously run efficiently.
