Customer Service Starts in the Office
In the Chapman office we have several people that strive every day to provide customers with the level of service with integrity and professionalism that you’ve come to expect from Chapman Heating and Air.
Sarah and Gene are our Customer Service Representatives, they make sure every phone call or walk in customer is taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. They are the first faces you see when walking into the Chapman office. Sarah’s favorite hobby is camping, and Gene enjoys a good game of golf.
Heidi D. coordinates all of the installation customers, and Shana coordinates service and maintenance technicians. With the two of them in charge you can be certain that the technicians know exactly where they are going every day, and that their days run smoothly. Heidi can be found out in her garden, and Shana loves making some delicious food.
Another member of the office team is Alan. Alan is known as our Operations Manager, and he is the go-to man when a customer or service technician has a tough question. His favorite hobbies are hunting and fishing.
The next three guys might have desks, but they are out in the field with our customers just as much as the technicians! Our Comfort Advisors Terry and Thad visit customers daily to provide them with proposals on system replacements and new units. They are very knowledgeable on any rebates offered by Columbia, electric companies, or the manufacturer to ensure you are getting the best value. Terry and Thad both enjoy spending time with their families on the weekends.
Tony is our Home Performance Specialist, with his expertise he certifies that our customers’ homes are as energy efficient as possible, makes recommendations to help them become more efficient, and provides information on rebates and tax credits that might be available to the homeowner. Tony enjoys working on his house and is a regular triathlon runner.
The last and newest member of the office team is Samantha who keeps the marketing department running smoothly and coordinates all things fun in the office. Samantha loves painting and gardening.
