The Install Team and Teamwork
At Chapman we have a wonderful team that works together every day to ensure new units are installed correctly, and in a timely manner so you can enjoy your new comfort system sooner rather than later.
This process starts with our Comfort Advisors Thad and Terry, who visit with the homeowner and help them choose the best energy saving system for their home.
With 10 men on the installation team, Heidi our Installation Coordinator has her hands full. She uses her 10 years of experience to effortlessly schedule installs, ensure customers receive their paperwork, and all rebate and tax information they will need.
A typical morning for our installers starts off with them arriving at the job site around 7:30 or 8am, allowing them to get an early start installing your new A/C or furnace. The installation team can complete a variety of tasks like replacing your entire HVAC system, replacing a single unit and even water heater replacements. Many of the installations and replacements they do can be completed in a day, all because of team work, knowledge, and the professionalism of the entire team.
Removing and replacing an old unit can be a messy job, which is why our team always makes sure to wear shoe covers and put down drop cloths to protect the floors in your home. But they won’t stop there, at the end they will clean up any mess and remove the old unit from your house and recycle if possible, so you never have to worry about how to dispose of anything!
After the install is completed, the team will show you how to use your new system, answer any questions you may have, and make sure your new A/C or furnace looks the best it can.
