Booking an AC Service Call
Warm weather is in the forecast! Gearing up for the heat may include service on your air conditioner or heat pump and we are standing by to help. Maybe you are a new homeowner, recently on your own, or it’s just been a while since you have needed a repair (lucky you!), or there are any other number of reasons that calling a repair person makes you weary…FEAR NOT. We want you to know exactly what to expect when you call Chapman for service.
For your convenience, Chapman has someone available 24/7 to take your call at 573-445-4489. One of our talented and trained customer service representatives will help during regular office hours. Unable to talk? We have a contact form that will be answered Monday-Friday, 8-4 as well!
For times when we are not in the office, one of our on-call technicians will be standing by to assist you after hours, on weekends and on holidays. Calling our regular office phone number will connect you with someone who can help.
We can confirm our customer service representatives are “talented and trained” by the number of people they are able to help over the phone. Often times, your CSR will ask you to check a few things and get some more information so that if they cannot solve the problem with you, the technician can be most efficient in your home.
Booking a call for service starts with a timeframe. We quote 2-hour timeframes for our regularly scheduled service calls so that you are not waiting around all day. Time is money…except at Chapman, YOUR time is OUR money. This is why we have instituted the Chapman Family Guarantee. If we don’t arrive within the scheduled 2-hour timeframe, your scheduled service that day is on us!
Finally, when the Chapman technician is on their way, we’ll give you a call to give you a heads up. We know that security is important so our technician will arrive is a Chapman-logoed van, wearing a uniform and a badge so that you can rest assured that we care about your safety. In an added effort for your peace of mind, the Chapman website is updated regularly so you can put a face to a name before the technician even arrives.
