COMO Axe Attack 2020!
Last Thursday we held our annual Business Breakfast meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the companies goals for the coming year, and how the previous year went – this meeting is a special occasion that is always celebrated with a large breakfast. This meeting is also a great time to go over the company mission statement and core values, which help to remind everyone why we do what we do and make sure everyone is on-board with our company culture. This year was no different, and just like last year, we decided to live one of those core values, and that value is FUN!
Last year our team went to COMO Axe Attack, and it was such a hit that everyone wanted to do it again. It’s always great to get out and experience another local business for a few hours. This was a fantastic
time for everyone! When we arrived, we were divided into 8 teams of 5 each which ramped up the friendly competition.
My favorite thing about these company outings is getting a better chance to bond with co-workers, which can help us foster better relationships that will allow us to better live another core value – Teamwork! We had many great axe throwers last Thursday, with several people hitting the bullseye multiple times, we even had a couple of Chappers hit the “money shot”!
