When is the best time to do my maintenance?
ANYTIME! It doesn’t matter what month you maintain your units. Your comfort system will operate at peak performance with two yearly maintenance visits every 6 months. Regular maintenance can prevent unnecessary repairs and keeps your system running smoothly .

Every six months our expertly trained technicians will come clean and check your comfort system. During the heating season they will check your comfort system operations safety, check your gas pressures, and clean and check your furnace. In the cooling season, they will check your wiring, drain lines, refrigerant levels and clean your outdoor coil. During both visits the technicians will check your filters.
We get asked all the time how often should we change our filter?
This answers varies based on your home. We recommend checking a 1″ filter monthly – it may not need to be changed. If you hold up the filter, and you can see thru it then it is still good. The thicker the filter typically the longer it will last. Our 5″ filter typically last 6 months, but this varies home to home. Pet owners should always check their filters more often.
Do we need to maintain our new comfort system?
YES! We like to compare your comfort system to your vehicle. Just like your vehicle needs it’s oil change, your comfort system needs maintenance – even new vehicles and comfort systems!
