Communicating with you!
Maintaining communication with you is very important to us. We are constantly working to improve our communication methods and with the advancing technology, we are able to connect with you in even more ways.
Nothing is worse than scheduling an appointment and then waiting around during your two- or four-hour time block. Even worse if you just get a “morning” or “afternoon” appointment! That’s why at Chapman we always call before we come! Feel like running errands, have to pick up the kids, or just don’t want to sit around all day? No problem! We always give you a 15-20 minute heads up when our technician is headed your way. We’ll even let you know the name of the uniformed technician that is coming, so you know who to expect when their fully-logoed van pulls up in front of your house.
Reminder phone calls and reminder cards are done for all maintenance appointments, or any other specified appointment. A lot of times these appointments get scheduled six months out, and in that case we will always send you a reminder card the week before your maintenance call. Also, Sarah will call the day before just to remind you we’re coming. This ensures that we keep both our schedules up to date! There is never any cancellation fee or penalty for rescheduling an appointment, so if things change for you don’t hesitate to let us know.
Email and texting has also changed the way we communicate with you. We are able to send reminders, paid receipts, or service history information via email at your request. The Contact page on our website will also send us a real time email so we can get to you faster! We also can text you a reminder or when we’re on the way if that’s what you prefer.
Social media is another way we like to reach out to you. We are active on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. If you ever have a question, or if you just want to see what the Chaps are up to find us there.
And of course, we love talking to you on the phone! Give us a call 24/7 to schedule an appointment or find out more about a special that’s happening.
